Important Info for Sellers & Buyers

ITEMS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FOR AUCTION:

• Used Sheet metal parts,
• used tires or used tires on wheels (No Wheels with Tires Mounted!)
• items deemed inappropriate by the promoter,
• stolen or otherwise unauthorized items.

Consignor Checks will be mailed Wednesday following the auction.

BASIC TERMS: (See Sale Catalog for complete listing of all terms and conditions for this auction)

• Only the following types of payment will be accepted for payment: CASH, TRAVELER’S CHECK, CERTIFIED FUNDS, MOST CREDIT CARDS.
• NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT BANK LETTER GUARANTEEING FUNDS & PRE-APPROVAL BEFORE AUCTION DAY.

A BUYER’S PREMIUM WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THIS AUCTION:

• 10% Buyers Premium for payments made with Cash or Certified Funds
• 13% Buyers Premium for payments made with credit/debit cards

A 7.25% N.C. State sales tax will apply unless you are Tax Exempt

• All items sold “AS IS” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied
• Announcements at auction take precedent over any printed or promotional statements.
