Former Grand National Driver Gene Hobby of Apex, NC will serve as Grand Marshall for the Fairgrounds Speedway Racer's Reunion, Saturday, January 14, from 10am-2pm.  Mr. Hobby has been calling legendary drivers and family members all month inviting them to the Second Annual Fairgrounds Speeday Racer's Reunion.  We're honored to have the following drivers attend the event. 

FRIDAY, 6pm -8pm

ANDY HILLENBURG will be here on FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY for an autograph session from 6-8am.  We'll also invite area speedway champions and other notable drivers to join Andy on Friday night.  Andy will also have on display, his NASCAR TRUCK showcasing the return of NASCAR TRUCK RACING  to the legendary ROCKINGHAM SPEEDWAY in April 2012. 

ALSO see Rex White's famous gold and white 1961 Chevrolet on display at the Expo.  This beautiful race car was restored by Palmetto Motorsports of Myrtle Beach, SC and brought to the Expo by Dan Honecutt, a member of the Historic Speedway Group.  

Saturday, 10am-2pm Autograph Session
